5. Delivery

Products are delivered via courier to the address provided by the customer.

The estimated delivery time will be communicated when the order is confirmed.

The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer when the shipment is handed over to the courier, in accordance with applicable law.

6. Returns and Claims

If the product arrives damaged, the customer must notify both the courier and the Company on the same day of delivery and provide proof (photos and, when applicable, a delivery report).

Products may be returned only if they:

• are in original condition,

• have not been installed or used,

• and comply with the legal return timeframe.

Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer depending on the reason for return.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for:

• delivery delays or issues caused by courier services or external logistical factors,

• losses resulting from improper installation or misuse of products,

• incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer,

• temporary interruptions of website functionality.
